DESCRIPTION:\n\nThe WALK Show was founded in 2009 by Daishawn Franklin
  and Crystal Bailey.  WALK was created in response to Franklin and Ba
 iley noticing the lack of focus on fashion in their hometown of Detroi
 t. Now in its 5th edition, WALK averages over 500 women to each casti
 ng call and over 2,000 fashion forward show attendees from the metro D
 etroit area and around the country each year. The fashion extravaganza
  was previously held at lavish venues such as the historic Charles H. 
 Wright Museum and the Detroit Rooster Tail. WALK proudly gives back by
  donating a portion of its proceeds to various womens’ charities fro
