Café Belle is an up-and-coming lifestyle e-magazine based in Michigan's Metro Detroit area. The e-magazine is dedicated to uniting women around the world for fresh brews on beauty, fashion, success, culture and spirit.  Café Belle prides itself on understanding that women as a whole are not a monolith, and have a diversity of interests, passions, and identities (many of which are addressed on this multi-blogging website platform). 

Its co-founders, Kris Bailey and Kwan Stafford, are passionate about providing encouraging, entertaining, educational, and thought-provoking content in “brew” format for their readers. Several Café Belle “baristas” brew up articles on their favorite topics every few days. 

About the Founders: 

Kris Bailey (Co-Founder/Website Manager) is a first-generation American of Jamaican descent. A Harvard University and Fordham Law School graduate, Kris has always had a passion for encouraging and building up other women so they can achieve their life goals. She enjoys interacting with Cafe Belle members and loves helping them find creative and effective ways to accomplish their goals.

When she is not practicing law or working on Café Belle, she enjoys volunteering, travelling, studying foreign languages (she is fluent in French and Spanish), and making “vlogs” on the YouTube Partner Channel, the “Crystalroselove” Channel.

Kwan Stafford (Co-Founder), a Detroit native, is an avid martial artist, a writer, and has a background in accounting.  In his spare time, he enjoys all things outdoors, martial arts, fitness, studying foreign languages (he is currently studying Chinese and Spanish), and enjoys volunteering as well.
