Weaves and Braids: Are They Really That Bad?
I saw a post on Facebook re: a blog/article on HelloBeautiful.com reporting that weaves and braids have been shown to contribute to thinning and balding problems among black women. According to the article, " A recent study of middle aged black women reveals that nearly 30% have sustained permanent scalp and…

A Million-Dollar Net Worth versus a Cute Wardrobe: Which One Wins?
I am a girl who loves shopping. Plop me in any mall and I can spend hours there and not really know where the time went. I am also the type of girl that can drive my man crazy in a shoe store as I waft through shoe aisles and try on countless shoes for the perfect heel. However, as I have grown older, I've…

I don't get haircuts to make it look even all the way across because I am more focused on having healthy ends…

Ladies and Gentlemen Please Step Up!
It is very difficult these days to find women who can appreciate a good man. Maybe it's because they are so used to the bad treatment from men, they don't know how to deal with the good ones. Unfortunately once they realize it, the opportunity has already past, and vice versa.
As men and…
