regimen & products

Weekly washes

Monday:

Tuesday: co-wash/deep condition

Wednesday:

Thursday: co-wash/deep condition

Friday:

Saturday:

Sunday: regular wash

Note: I switch between a protein and moisturizer on regular wash days.

Only deep condition if scalp is extremely dry and itchy.



I try to not use heat on my hair more then 1-2 times a month. Wear protective style, moisturize and seal nightly.
