Sometimes it is incredibly easy to fall into a "victim mindset" everyday and assume that your thought life is naturally supposed to be that way. Au contraire! Living in today's society, so many of us have become incredibly technology-dependent that we never give ourselves a break from the cell phone, computer, and other gadgets that draw our attention second by second.
