Review: This is my deep conditioner of choice, and I've been using it for the past two months now. I absolutely love how it moisturizes my hair and has strengthened the hair over time with its ability to penetrate the hair shaft and internally moisturize the strands. It also leaves the hair feeling silky, and it has a heavenly scent. I love to apply it after shampooing and conditioning my hair with Joico Moisture Recovery Shampoo and Conditioner. After I put it in my hair, I put on a plastic cap and sit under the dryer for about 15 minutes. When I rinse the product out with cold/lukewarm water, my hair feels like silk, and I can tell that the product internally moisturized my strands (rather than just coating my hair).
Pros: It penetrates the hair shaft and deep conditions the hair. Great for dry or chemically processed hair! It also has a heavenly scent.
Cons: It kinda feels like you are applying a thick relaxer to your hair. It's a bit off-putting at first, but you get used to the delicious thickness and you have to remember that it is just a deep conditioner. :)
